We bought a used car with 64k miles from Preston Honda this week. Before we left their parking lot with the car we had to transfer our things from our rental to the new car. While doing so we noticed that the rear brake light was out. They were closed by then and we figured it was only a $5 bulb so we drove it the 4 hours home. The next day we went to buy the bulb and found out it is a whole unit that has to be replaced and costs about $100. So we called Preston Honda to see if they would cover the cost of the bulb and to our surprise they said YES. Other dealers we have dealt with in the past have not stood behind their cars but Preston Honda did.

Highly pleased with the sales staff at Preston Honda. I drove nearly six hours to look at a car I found on autotrader and was not disappointed. It was as nice as the pictures on the internet. I even got a follow up email a few weeks later. I can say these guys care and were not high pressure at all. I give them 5 stars. Keep up the great work.

We inquired about a vehicle and the communication between us and our salesman, Caleb, was excellent. As soon as we entered the showroom, Victor Piccione, the General Sales Manager, came out to introduce himself and directed us right to Caleb, who took us to see the vehicle. On the test drive, Caleb was very personable and very knowledgeable about the vehicle.Both Caleb and Victor showed extreme professionalism, which we very much appreciated.
